Tu-No Salad

Ingredients
2- 15oz organic chickpeas(garbanzo beans) cooked and drained
1/4 cup of kelp
1 cup of mayo (see mayo recipe below)
1/4 cup of celery (optional)
1/4 cup of fresh onion (optional)
1/4 sweet bell peppers (optional)
salt to taste
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Garlic powder
Mayo
1 cup oil 1/2 cup soy milk juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender for approx 30 seconds or until smooth (consistency of mayo).
Instructions for Tu-No
Add all ingredients(except mayo) to a blender, mixer or nutribullet.
Add mayo to blend
Mix well and chill for approx 2 hours then serve. (this blend can be served immediately as well)
