Homemade Soy Milk

Ingredients
1 cup pf organic soy beans
3 cups of water
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp of agave
Vanilla powder to taste (optional)
Instructions
Let the soybeans soak for 8 hrs.
Wash the soybeans and place them in a pot, cover them with water.
Begin to rub soybeans with hands until the shell falls off the grain.
Use a sieve to remove the shells.
Repeat the process until the grain is clean.
Add 1 cup of soy for every 3 cups of water into a blender and repeat until you finish using al the soy. Blend well.
Drain in a colander of fabric or canvas.
Bring to medium or high heat in a saucepan.
Let boil for 40 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and 3 tbsp of agave.
Let cool and then refrigerate.
Good for 3-4 days.
