Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 pk extra firm tofu

  • 1/4 cup diced onions

  • 1/4 cup diced red peppers

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut, rinse and drain tofu.

  2. Mash with fork or potato masher in bowl .

  3. Add dry seasonings and mix together.

  4. Saute red peppers, and onion in olive until tender.

  5. Stir in tofu mixture and cook until water dries out.
