Homemade Veggie Pizza

Dough Ingredients:
Dry
2cups unbleached all purpose flour
1tablespoon baking powder
3⁄4teaspoon sea salt
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
chives (optional)
Wet
2TBSP Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup unsweetened soymilk
Topping Ingredients:
Follow Your Heart non-dairy shredded cheese
One red onion diced
1/2 cup scallions
Choice of vegan "meat"
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Handful black olives
Any of your favorite veggies!
16 oz organic pasta sauce
Dough Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Add all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together well
Add all wet ingredients to dough mix and knead until well blended
Place blended dough on flat surface and use rolling pin to roll into a circle pizza shape
Slightly grease pizza pan with olive oil so that the dough does not stick to it
Transfer rolled dough to pizza pan
Place pizza dough in oven to pre-bake for 5 min
Remove dough and add toppings.
Pizza Instructions
Add all toppings on sparingly to cover pizza, first starting with the pasta sauce.
Place in the oven for 20-35 min
Remove and allow to cool
