“Cheese should never be introduced in the stomach” (1) “Cheese is still more objectionable; it is wholly unfit for food.” (2)

Why is (dairy) cheese not good for human consumption?

Cheese is derived from milk and through the process raw milk can be contaminates with pathogens even sourced from clinically healthy animals .

Here are 4 different ways that dairy can become contaminated:

  1. Direst passage of blood into the milk due to the excessive pulling of the udders

  2. Udder infection- milking the cow

  3. Fecal contamination

  4. Contamination from human skin

Reasons why cheese is harmful for your health

High fat content- Dairy cheese has a lot of unhealthy saturated fats, which raises the level of bad cholesterol in your blood. High levels of LDL cholesterol in your blood increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.

High salt/sodium content- This in turn will increase your risk of stroke, heart failure, osteoporosis, stomach cancer and kidney disease.

Animal enzymes- Manufacturers like to use rennet in their chesses. This is an enzyme that comes from calves’ stomachs. To get this enzyme, manufacturers have to kill newborn calves.

Unhealthy processes- The cows are given hormones to produce more milk. These hormones are passed to humans when they consume dairy.

Here are few death cases linked to dairy cheese consumption:

Without the harmful effects , you can make cheese using cashews, pimentos, nutritional yeast, lemon, seasonings, and water in a blender. In fact, it’s far healthier if you make it yourself- because then you have total control over exactly what goes into it and into your body.

“Many a mother sets a table that is a snare to her family. Flesh meats, butter, cheese, rich pastry, spiced foods, and condiments are freely partaken of by both old and young. These things do their work in deranging the stomach, exciting the nerves, and enfeebling the intellect. The blood-making organs cannot convert such things into good blood. The grease cooked in the food renders it difficult of digestion. The effect of cheese is deleterious.” (1)
